1. The CCC is a multi-sectoral national platform to coordinate and guide the activities under Global Fund grant to fight against HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria and strengthen health and community systems in Cambodia.
  2. The CCC is comprised of representatives of stakeholder sectors and constituencies[1] represented at the national level.
  3. The mandate of the CCC is to mobilize a national multi-sectoral response and provide strategic guidance to the Government and the Global Fund on the Government’s Programs for scaling up the fight against HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, and for strengthening the health and community systems. This will involve preparation and submission of Concept Notes to Global Fund for new GF Grant.
  4. The CCC will provide oversight of the Principal Recipients (PRs) and the implementation of the Program to ensure its effectiveness in delivering the agreed outcomes in line with national program priorities.
  5. The purpose of the CCC is to enhance performance of the Global Fund grants in Cambodia in partnership with stakeholder constituencies and avoid duplication by harmonizing Grant activities with other programs throughout Cambodia, and strengthen coordination among stakeholder constituencies.

[1]Stakeholder Sectors consist of Government Sector, Non-government/Civil society Sector, and Multinational and Bilateral Development Partner Sector. Each Sector has a number of constituencies that may change from time to time.
