Rights of CCC Members

CCC members have the following rights:

To be treated as full and equal partners on the CCC;
To express and participate in proceedings at meetings and in other business transacted by the CCC;
To vote on any matter put to a vote except in case of a conflict of interest;
To review all Concept Notes developed for submission to the Global Fund prior to any decision by the CCC on the Concept Notes;
And to have access to annual progress reports on the implementation of the program.
